David L. Roscoe
undefinedDavid L. Roscoe is a retired executive from RiskMetrics Group, which he joined in 2003.  Previously, Mr. Roscoe had been co-CEO of Bridge Information Systems in 2001-02, and from 1999-2001 had held positions there as executive vice president, and then as president and chief operating officer. He began his career at J. P. Morgan in 1967 and retired as a Managing Director in 1999.  Mr. Roscoe received a B.A. with Honors in Economics from Yale in 1965, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Oregon in 1967.  He served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1968 – 71.  Mr. Roscoe currently sits on the boards of the Fraser Research Institute in Princeton, N.J. and boards of several privately held corporations.  He lives in Summit, NJ.
